使用條款 / Terms of Use
1. 接受條款
歡迎使用「小小企鵝」應用程式（下稱「本應用」）。本使用條款（含訂閱服務條款）適用於所有用戶。家長／監護人為兒童註冊及使用本應用，即代表兒童同意本條款。如不同意本條款，請勿使用本應用。
2. 訂閱服務
本應用提供 VIP會員 訂閱計劃。訂閱詳情如下： • 訂閱名稱：VIP會員 • 計費週期：每月自動續期 • 訂閱價格：HKD $188 / 月（或 App Store 顯示之當地貨幣價格） 訂閱由 Apple App Store 管理及計費。付款將於確認購買後從您的 Apple ID 帳戶扣除。訂閱將在每個計費週期結束前 24 小時內自動續期，續期費用與原訂閱費用相同。
3. 取消訂閱
您可隨時取消訂閱。取消後，您仍可使用 VIP 功能直至當前計費週期結束。如需取消，請前往： iPhone / iPad：「設定」→ 點選您的姓名 → 「訂閱」→ 選擇「小小企鵝」→「取消訂閱」 請於計費週期結束前至少 24 小時取消，以避免下一期費用被扣除。
4. 退款政策
所有透過 Apple App Store 處理的訂閱付款，退款事宜須遵循 Apple 的退款政策。如需申請退款，請直接聯絡 Apple 支援（reportaproblem.apple.com）。我們無法直接處理透過 App Store 付款的退款。
5. 免費功能
免費用戶每日可使用有限數量的題目練習及面試練習題目。免費功能的數量及內容可能隨時調整，恕不另行通知。
6. 兒童使用
本應用專為兒童學習而設計，但帳戶須由家長或合法監護人建立及管理。家長有責任監督兒童使用本應用，並確保所有購買決定均由成人作出。
7. 禁止行為
用戶不得：複製、修改、分發或反向工程本應用；分享帳戶予他人；使用任何自動化工具或機器人；或以任何可能損害本服務的方式使用本應用。
8. 知識產權
本應用內所有內容（包括但不限於題目、插圖、音頻及介面設計）均受版權保護，並為 Businsoft Limited 所有。未經書面授權，不得以任何形式複製或使用。
9. 免責聲明
本應用按「現狀」提供，我們不保證其無間斷或無錯誤運行。在適用法律允許的範圍內，我們不就任何直接或間接損失承擔責任。
10. 條款修改
我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利。修改後的條款將在應用內公佈。繼續使用本應用即表示您接受修改後的條款。

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the "Super Little Penguin – P1 Prep" application ("the App"). These Terms of Use (including subscription terms) apply to all users. By registering and using the App on behalf of a child, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on the child's behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription Service
The App offers a VIP membership subscription plan. Details are as follows: • Subscription name: VIP Membership (VIP會員) • Billing period: Monthly, auto-renewing • Price: HKD $188 / month (or local currency price as shown in the App Store) Subscriptions are managed and billed by the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of each billing period at the same price as the original subscription.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you may continue to use VIP features until the end of the current billing period. To cancel: iPhone / iPad: Go to "Settings" → tap your name → "Subscriptions" → select "Super Little Penguin" → "Cancel Subscription" Please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription payments processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds for App Store payments directly.
5. Free Features
Free users may access a limited number of practice questions and interview questions each day. The quantity and content of free features may be adjusted at any time without notice.
6. Children's Use
The App is designed for children's learning, but accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App and ensuring that all purchase decisions are made by an adult.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App; share accounts with others; use automated tools or bots; or use the App in any way that may damage the service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App (including but not limited to questions, illustrations, audio, and interface design) is protected by copyright and owned by Businsoft Limited. No reproduction or use in any form is permitted without written authorisation.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
