1. 簡介
歡迎使用「小小企鵝」應用程式（下稱「本應用」）。本私隱政策說明我們會收集、使用及保護哪些資料，並適用於本應用的所有用戶（包括家長及兒童）。家長／監護人於為兒童註冊及使用本應用時，即代表兒童同意本政策。
2. 我們收集的資料
• 帳戶資料：家長電話／電郵、登入憑證、兒童暱稱、頭像、年齡或年級。 • 學習資料：練習答題紀錄、成績、進度、模擬面試錄音及文字內容。 • 訂閱資料：透過 Apple App Store、Google Play 或 Stripe 處理的訂閱狀態（我們不會儲存信用卡號碼）。 • 裝置資料：應用程式版本、作業系統、語言設定及為改善服務所需的匿名診斷資料。
3. 資料用途
我們使用資料以：提供及優化練習與面試功能、追蹤學習進度、處理訂閱及付款、與用戶溝通服務更新、防止濫用，以及遵守適用法律。
4. 兒童私隱
本應用為兒童學習用途設計，但帳戶須由家長或合法監護人建立及管理。我們不會主動向兒童收集超出學習所需的個人資料，亦不會向兒童投放廣告。
5. 第三方服務
我們使用以下第三方服務協助提供功能：Apple App Store／Google Play、Stripe（付款）、RevenueCat（訂閱管理）、Twilio（短訊驗證）、語音合成及辨識服務。這些服務各自有其私隱政策。
6. 資料保留與刪除
我們會在帳戶有效期間保留資料。家長可隨時於應用程式內刪除子女檔案，或聯絡我們刪除整個帳戶。

Welcome to the "小小企鵝" application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. It applies to all users including parents and children. By registering and using the App on behalf of a child, the parent or legal guardian consents to this policy on the child's behalf.
2. Information We Collect
• Account data: parent phone/email, login credentials, child nickname, avatar, age or grade. • Learning data: practice answers, scores, progress, and mock interview audio and transcripts. • Subscription data: subscription status processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (we never store credit-card numbers). • Device data: app version, operating system, language settings, and anonymous diagnostic data used to improve the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to: provide and improve practice and interview features, track learning progress, process subscriptions and payments, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable laws.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is designed for children's learning, but accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is required for learning, and we do not show advertisements to children.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to deliver features: Apple App Store / Google Play, Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Twilio (SMS verification), and text-to-speech / speech-to-text services. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information while the account is active. Parents can delete child profiles inside the App at any time, or contact us to delete the entire account.
